Hi all,
I have been asked to find out some major break throughs in Operating Systems since 1964 and i bit lost on major break throughs and cannot find a website via Google with this information! Can anyone help??? i would be very greatful many Thanks Jason |

You will need to compile your own history from more verbose excerpts on the OS and from multiple sources. For example:
http://www.beagle-ears.com/lars/engi...ist/#timelines http://www.ox.compsoc.net/~swhite/hi...meline-OS.html http://www.aaxnet.com/info/hist.html You will need to intersperse the ready-to-use info throughthe links (and through Google) to fashion out what the significance was in each stage. Once you get the development, its easy to figure out what changed for that jump. |
