Executing ASP on Windows XP Home
I am in search for a free server or program that will allow me to execute ASP on my computer running Windows XP Home similar to Windows 98/2000/XP PRO IIS/PWS. I have read about how to get IIS installed on Windows XP Home and tried it a hundred times, but I have learned that it does not work with SP2 installed.

Does anyone have any ideas?

did you turn off the xp firewall?
