NetZero help.
Hi All,
Trying to help someone by email that has a NetZero problem. I've searched their KB and came up zero.... They lost their "ToolBar" which is a little NetZero specific floating toolbar that has several functions, like loggin on or logging off the dialup connection. Without the toolbar, they can't log off, so their phone is tied up. They have to reboot to disconnect. Any ideas? TIA

Is there a listing for it in Programs that they could use to launch the toolbar and then set the options for it? If not, maybe uninstall and then reinstall the software?

I think the easiest fix would be to uninstall and reinstalled the software. |

Hi All,
Sorry, didn't mention it was running Win XP Home. If possible, I'd rather use reinstall as last option. Not only are they very new to computing (it's their first system) but before I sent the box out to them I customized it to use OE instead of the NetZero email client and among other things. Since that's the only build I've ever put NetZero on, I can't even remember how to do any of the extra things I did... Any other ideas? Please... TIA |
