Members Forum Problem

I have problems login onto a members forum which I will not name, I have re-registered on another machine which worked fine.

How can I clear any information that my machine may hold so I can try and login with my re-registered Handle.

Regards John

Hi there and Welcome,
Can you define what "problem" you are having (i.e. error message, authentication, etc...)? Also, which browser you're using as the steps to clear cache and cookies is slightly different depending on browser.

I get the same problem which ever browser I use i.e

IE
Firfox
Opera

The page says I have a Registration Problem and to contact.
But I get no reply when I try and contact.

I have 3 machines on a network and when I login with the same Handle on another machine on the network I am bloked, but when I re-register under a different used name on another machine its fine, I even tried login on my machine under the Handle that I just registered and only got through to the home page and the links bring me back to the same page.
It is a tek forum but didn't want to name, if its OK I will put on next post.
Not used this tek site for a couple of months so I know I have not done anything wrong.

Like your Tek site I find very useful.

Regards John

Thanks for help, I think I found problem.

Using IE

If I login with old Handle I get blocked.
If I login with new Handle all is fine.
If I login using Opera or Firefox I cannot login at all.

Using IE

If I login to PCMech Forum it does not recognise Handle.
If I login to PCMech Forum using Firefox which I used to register all is fine, very strange.

Regards John
