Export Eudora address book

I'm trying to help somebody export their Eudora address book into a format that is usable by other address book programs. A CSV file would be fine. I instructed her to export the address books from Eudora, but this is what is in the text files that were generated:
Code:
alias "Ias Ng" XXXXX@Pcmech.org
note "Ias Ng" <phone2:555-4552><phone:555-7451>
This is not usable. I am looking for a way to either: A) covert these text files to a usable format that I can import to another book, or B) give step-by-step instructions for how to use Eudora to export the address books correctly in the first place. I have never used Eudora and I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

Take a look: no commas! There aren't any commas anywhere in the text files. That makes it a bit hard to delimit data fields, hence my problem.

Are you sure it's saved as a proper csv?
I got the comma's in MY version
In Eudora, open the address book, then select File, Save as.
It defaults to html, change it to .csv in the dropdown box.
Give it a name, with NO extention, and save.
See what happens.
You could save it as an html file, and see if that's any easier to import, depending on what program you're importing to.

Okay, I will give her these directions (although I am not sure how good she is at following directions!). HTML would be just fine too, I just need something that doesn't have all the data jumbled together without any delimiting.
