problem during installation of Hompath software

One of the doctor in a clinic had a problem installing a software in his system.
He wanted to install a software related to homeopathic knowledge and information through CD "Hompath O Zone".
This program only runs if the CD is present in the CD-Drive.

I tried installing this software but I also could not do it because during the installation, I got the following error messege:

"The OLE file OLE2NLS is locked and cannot be updated . Please shut all other running applications and restart the installation".

I dont understand why this error messege is requesting me to shut down other applications running on my system since before installing this software ,I closed all other programs .

What is this OLE file? The error messege is saying that the OLE2NLS file is locked and cannot be updated.

It is surprizing to note that this same software was successfully installed in his home computer with windows98 on it but this same software was giving trouble when He and I were installing it in his computer of the clinic with the same windows(win98).

I have checked the system requirment of the CD and his clinic computer can perfectly afford the load of this software.

Can anyone help me solve this problem,the dr. is much worried about this problem because he wants to use this software in the computer of his clinic.

Any help would be appreciated.
