Outlook calendar problem
Hey guys, I get home tonight and open my calendar and all of my appointments look weird (red arrows). When I last checked my calendar this morning they were normal (green arrow).
 I was able to get one of the appointments back to normal by clicking all day event and making the start time and end time of the appointment on the same day. Any ideas as to how I can do this to all of them without going into each one individually?

Outlook allows you to specify your "work day" times. Perhaps the appointments are outside of your set work day times.
In Outlook --> Tools --> Options --> Preferences Tab --> Calendar Options --> Calendar Work Week settings at the top. I've never seen the arrows before but it might be worth looking at. Hope this helps a bit, Stryker
