Outlook 2000: Monthly Calendar Printing Question

When I print a monthly view calendar from Outlook, it prints a full, landscape page calendar for that month. At the top, it also prints two miniature calendars - of that month and the next one.

It would be helpful to me if the miniature calendars at the top were the preceding month and the month following. It seems pointless to me to have the large February calendar, and a miniature February calendar on the same page.

Does anyone know how to make this change?
