Roxio Updater Troubles
Ive got Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 7, and there's this retail update thats been hanging around my updater for awhile. I say this because Ive been having great difficulty in gettting the update. First it takes a long time, sometimes i think the progress bar freezes. So i decided to just leave it, and maybe it will slowly finish off, but when I come back to the comp, approx 45 min to an hour later, the progress bar is at 100 percent, but a message says that it couldnt get a connection to the internet, and I know for a fact that my internet is working fine. What could be the cause? oh, and Ive tried downloading the file manually using firefox and IE, but the progress bars either freeze, or report that it can no longer connect to their servers to download the file.
