Playing DVD problem

Hi everyone

I am trying to play a DVD using Cyberlink PowerDVD 5 software. When the disk is read a dialogue box appears as follows:

DVD Error
Error code F4D41436
The TV Out port of your display card is not working correctly.

Then I click details it says: This copy protected disk cannot be played when the TV Out function is enabled.

I have a Dell Optiplex GX110 running Win2k. I have no Graphics Card as it is onboard and definately no TV Out port.

I have updated and reinstalled the display driver & have also reinstalled the Cyberlink software to no avail.

I would be very grateful for any help to resolve this. Cheers
