How to rotate a .MOV clip

I recorded a short clip of my friend using his Digital Camera, however I had the camera turned the wrong way so I ended up filming him sideways. I just want to rotate the clip clockwise (unfortunetly the digital camera can not do this).

Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I need a certain program for this?
