Icons don't show up

Hey guys,

ok, for some reason, for right now, i think it only applies to MSN send files, but im not sure, maybe other programs.. i just tried on PS7 and everything works fine there, all the icons are ok

heres what im getting:

(the text next to the icons is white because i deleted everything, censor :-P)

any ideas guys ? its a lil annoying, and for some reason, JPG files (maybe all image files, havent checked) have their correct orange-looking icon next to them.
