scj6771 Member (7 bit) Join Date: May 2003 Posts: 99	Word 2000 issue I have a user that when attempting to open a particular Word 2000 document from an attachment in her Outlook the System32 folder opens up, yet noone else has a problem opening this file, if I attempt to save the file onto her desktop it tells me to create a folder and chek the permissions on that folder, I have done all that and still this file will not save. What would cause the System32 folder to open? Also she has a copy of the exact document on her desktop which open fine, this issue only occurs when she sends this file to our salesforce on the road and they modify it and send it back to her.
