Desktop/Desktop Icons flicker...
I have a computer here that I reinstalled xp onto last week. yesterday I booted it up and i'm getting desktop flickering which will not allow me to access the start menu. I also did a xp repair off the xp cd. that didn't help. i dont want to do another install cause i have a feeling it's just gonna happen again. cpu usage is a constant upper 90's to 100%. i do not have anything running in the background nor do i assume any viruses on this pc. keep in mind this is a fresh install. this pc is a brand new dell.

Open task manager and see what process is using all the CPU, post the name.
