how to completely strip access rights...

How do you strip all access rights from a folder? I am trying to copy a folder from our network, to allow the user to work from home. Only problem is that the user is not on our domain at home, so the access rights on the folder(those being her domain account) will not allow her to open anything. When trying to add people to grant access, it only allows me to choose from users on the domain. So if I could just strip the access rights, make it so it doesnt even know what a domain is, that would be awesome. (I am domain admin, so permissions for me isnt an issue)

thanks

dan

Copy it to her machine, log it off the domain, bring it up standalone, and take ownership of the folder. This will require that she have a local user account on her machine with admin rights to the local machine.
