Can anyone reccomend a good icon creator?

Thanks for the reply Cricket.
But Mabey I should have been more clear. Can anyone reccomend a good Icon creator? I don't have time to install 500 icon apps to find the best one. (half use spyware to boot). Could you reccomend a good one you or whomever have used. Example... I use Icon Studio, But I got it when it was freeware and free of spyware. Since then, it's been purchased by a different company and it is still free but now contains spyware and installs search bars in your browser. That was more of what I was looking for.
