vid driver problem
i just downloaded and installed the newest catalyst driver but now whenever i start the computer up it will say in the title CLI.exe- Application error. the body will say the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click ok to terminate the application
nevermind i figured out that its because that i didn't have 1.1 .net frame work or something like that installed
