Help Uninstalling Pro-Audio 9

I have recently installled an olderversion of cakewalk and a add-on callled pro audio 9. I restarted my computer which is running windows xp and on startup proaudio 9 poped up and started installing direct draw and some otherprogram and requested a restart but I said no. Then Pro Audio comes up again and tries to install. The first time I went through it and restarted and got the same results. Now every time I just click no on everything and it just keeps happening. I uninstalled Cakewalk and all the additional programs like direct draw that it installed and still the same results. I even tried to delete cakewalk from the registry and no change. How do I get rid of this thing without reinstalling windows?

Note: I had previously installed on windows 2000 with no problems.

No Clue? Something else that happens is every time I install new hardware, software, or drivers the same exact cakewalk installation prog pops up right in the middle of it.
