Outlook
I use Outlook XP and want to know how to set it up so that when I create a new message and I click the to button when the address dialog box comes up I don't want to see the contacts ax number etc just the email address. The way it comes up now I may have three o the same named contact but each one is or a seperate phone number or email. Can I set this up so that only the contacts email address comes up?
