From the research that I've done on this site it is a Ukrainian Antivirus Center. To put it lightly there are no recommendations good or bad for U.S. consumers to try this product. It's not a known company here in the U.S. Hope this answers your question.
Edit: Stick with the ones that are highly recommended by the guys and gals here.
