Firefox keeps going ot random webpage?
i was just editing my signature, and looked on newegg for my case to find out exactly which one i had...i copied/pasted the name of it into my sig, and whats weird is my browser keeps going to a page for the case (something like dealtime.com i think its like pricegrabber, finds prices) but itll just randomly do it whenever it feels like while im lookin around in the other forums, if i click back it will go back to this page? i ran adaware the other day, total of 2 things and both of them from internet explorer cookies, i rarely use IE and my definitions for adaware were like 80 days old which shows that i dont scan alot either. what should i do if it kepes bringing this page up?

I would try other scans as well, remember tests show Ad-Aware only catches about 3/4 of the apps out there. Don't forget to update them before scanning.
MS antispyware,Spybot, and A squared are good free options. |

will do. its KILLING me it just happened today and its weird that its the exact same case i was looking at on newegg but it JUST keeps going there

Bump...
How'd this turn out Muskie? Did the extra scans help? I just have wondered a little bit because it is really wierd it kept going back to the case you were looking at. The only other thought I had was clear out the temp files, but I forgot about your thread that day...

weird...ran spybot n then kinda forgot about it, page isnt coming up anymore. spybot might have got it. thanks.
