greedo Aol Problem

I HAVe the new aol but everytime i trie to log on it says that there is a fire wall blocking it but i dont have a fire wall any way to find out if i have on or delet it ?????

If you have XP, it may be complaining about the builtin firewall. AOL definitely does not like it.
