Smart Database

I am looking for a piece of software that will do the following for a landscape company:

1, add all names, address, phone, in a database
2, If I want to cut the lawn at a particular customers house every 2 weeks it would print out there data.

So that each day I can go thru my database and it would print out there names, address, directions if added to database and any special notes.

So my employees would get a list every morning on what needed to be done

for example steve needs lawn cut every other monday.
So every other monday I would get this printout that Steve needed his lawn cut???

I would personally just use Outlook for this, but there might be some other program that would accomplish the task better -- I'm just not familiar with it.
