Smile full version of MS-DOS that works???

Where can I down load a full version of MS-DOS that works??? I really need one.

If you are using windows you can format a floppy and check the "make ms-dos boot disk" option

No, you cannot; MSDOS is propriety system of Microsoft.
However, you can get the another version of DOS free from:

www.freedos.org

I think it is a clone of DR DOS , which was the original DOS.

He's not asking how to make a boot disk, he's asking for the full version of MS DOS. As Alfie has already explained, MS DOS is proprietary so there's no way of downloading a legal version.

Aandi, you're better off buying MS DOS 6.x from a seller on E Bay. Chances are you'll find one for cheap, & hopefully the seller will provide you w/ a legal license.

I run DOS from a boot disk... Why buy a retail package when the boot disk runs DOS just fine?
