Printing problem with Paint Shop Pro 9
When I try to print from the Print Layout screen in Paint Shop Pro 9, it crashes with a Program error box that says "Paint shop Pro.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created. Where do I find this error log...I have looked in event viewer and find nothing. By the way, if I try to print directly from the main screen and not go through the Print Layout screen, I get a Script Output box that says Executing FileOpen...unknown error occurred with command QuickPrint. I have updated PSP with the latest patches with no luck. Any ideas what is happening? I still have Paint Shop Pro 8 installed and it doesn't suffer from the same problem. sag1 |
