Any Syncronization Software?

i have two hard drives. one for normal use, the other one is for back up. i wonder is there any software where i synchronize data in one drive, and then make a copy of the synchorization to the back up drive

CopyTo Synchronizer is also a fairly good program. I used it awhile ago, don't know how it compares to SyncBack though. Should do what you want, at least.
