Creative SoundFont Manager - anybody use it?

If you have an Audigy 2 soundcard, then chances are that you also have the SoundFont Manager which was included in the software bundle.

If you use it, I have a question about it. How do you record and save the sounds that you play in it with the prefab libraries? I'm wanting to make some sound effects using the sound libraries and record & save them in wave format. But this program apparently has no way to save or record anything that you play. The Creative bundle also has WaveStudio which has a wave recording tool. However I can't get this to record anything that I play in SoundFont. I've tried contacting Creative's support, but they had no reply (surprise ).

Any ideas?
Thanks!
