Question Win 2K Install

Hello all, Have a old IBM 500khz /128meg desktop. trying to install Win 2K can't find anyplace in bios to boot from CD. In fact nowhere do you see boot sequence for drives ? Have tried various tricks getting no where ???

Work around:

1. Boot off a win98 boot disk
2. fdisk and format if necessary
3. Find a copy of smartdrv.exe
4. Boot off the floppy w/cd rom support
5. Run smartdrv (its similar to ramdrive on win98 installs and will make the install run MUCH better)
6. Change/drill down to the cd-rom I386 folder
7. type WINNT.exe to start the install

Just a bit of advice - Win2K is going to run pretty slow on that laptop. Kicking the ram up to 256mb will make a considerable improvement.
