Unable to boot (GoBack issue)
Hello,
I have my friends laptop here with XP home, and NAV 2005 w/ GoBack 4.0.290. When I start, its fine but when it gets to the GoBack screen I get an error message reading: ___________________________________________ (Norton GoBack (155)) Norton GoBack has successfully restored the original MBR and BPB on disk #1. Since Norton GoBack wasn't disabled or uninstalled in the normal way, there is a possibility of some data loss. It is recomended that you run ScanDisk on logical drives on this disk as soon as possible. [OK] ___________________________________________ When I click on OK the regular goback screen comes up (where you hit the spacebar if you have any problems, and either if I let it go or I hit the space bar, the same error comes up again. What should I do? Thanks, Tom
