Outlook 2000 Problems (send & receive)
Hello, I am having a problem with a few computers at my workplace. We use Windows XP Pro but have Office 2000 and some of the users are having problems receiveing their e-mails unless they hit the "Send and Receive" button. They are setup on an exchange server and I have their machines automatically move anything from their exchange section, down into a duplicate setup (inbox, sent items, etc..) in their personal folders. That way they don't fill up their inbox every month and kill the server. But the problem is that they have to hit "Send and Receive" in order to get stuff from their Exchange Inbox, to their Personal Folders Inbox and I can't figure out why. It doesn't happen on all the XP machines, just a few of them. I would set the Send and Receive option to update every so many seconds or minutes BUT Outlook 2000 doesn't have the option to set a schedule for that. Any ideas on what would be causing this?
