Firefox 1.04 bug or Google desktop search?
I've re-installed firefox several times now but I still cannot drag and drop links to the toolbar anymore. The ones I had created are now gone. I started having this problem after installing Google Desktop search. Also, the various pull down menus (i.e., file, edit view, go, etc) occasionally 'gray out' in Firefox and I can't use them. I have to close and re-open the program to get them back.
Anyone else seen these problems? |

I've never heard of that problem. I'm using Firefox 1.0.4 and don't have that happen, but I'm not using that google desktop search you are either. I'd probably try taking the Google program back off of the computer and see if the problem goes away. If so, Google was the problem and if not then its something else, possibly in FF 1.0.4.

Another Firefox 1.04 weird problem
I have a particular webpage, googlenews, listed as my homepage in options setup. And yet, when I click on the home button it goes to the mozilla page instead. I looked at the home page settings again and it still shows that google news is the home page.
