Question Transferring Address book and folders

Hello All,
Does anyone know of an easy way to transfer the address book and email folder contacts from one computer to another? The computer that has the current address book and email storage folders is running Outlook 2000. The computer I would like to move it to is running Outlook 2002. They are not linked via a network. Thanks in advance for the help.

You should be able to export the address book to a floppy (as a .WAB file) and this can then be read as an import to the outlook machine, as regards the actual emails I am not sure if they are compatible. If both machines are on the internet why not FWD the emails to the other machine.

The computer contains several hundred emails and it would be impossible to forward them. Is there a way to access the files and save them to a floppy?

export as a .pst. it should be in the export options. it will export every folder and import in the new system as if you never left

edit: it will prolly be too big for a floppy, may need a cd
