Word problem...serious error
I open two word documents to compare differences. When I open the second document I get an error message saying my document has caused a serious error and will need to be recovered. What is causing that?

Is it always caused by the same document, or do you get the error by opening 2 of any docs?

I did a repair which did not fix it and was ready to reinstall my Office software when I remembered that I had installed a little program "add on" called Word Toy. It was causing the problem. I removed it and the problem is gone!
