Annoying problem with Napster/WMP 10

Before I reinstalled Windows it was working fine. Now I have two problems. The first one is a rather big problem. All of my purchased music WILL NOT PLAY. It says "This track is only available for purchase..." I had all the music backed up on data CD's. I have at least $100 worth of music that I cannot play now. I am a subscriber and all of my downloaded (unburnable) music works.

The second problem isn't really major but it's really annoying. I have to sign in every single time I want to listen to music. Every single time I click the "Sign in automatically" checkbox and every single time it makes me type in my username and password. It does this in the middle of a song! Any ideas?

Did you back up your licenses before you reinstalled windows? If you purchase music online that has licenses then you have to back those licenses up and restore them after a re-installation of windows.
Go into the help file in windows media player and look up licenses-backup and restoring.

I figured it out. I had backed up all of the licenses but it didn't work. I emailed Napster tech support and they said to click the "Sync/Restore" button. It worked! It's all back to normal. The "you must sign in" message is gone too.

There is another problem though. WMP 10 is running extremely slow and keeps freezing up. It never did that before I reformatted. CPU usage goes up to 100% when I open it.
