Adobe Premier Pro 7.0 start-up problem

I bought Adobe Premier 7.0 the other day, and I installed it shortly after. Now, when I start the actual program, it'll freeze at "Loading CompilerVfw.prm". I'm like "Ok, I'll just re-install it", which I did. When I start it up again, it freezes at the same spot. Now I'm getting annoyed, so I find where 'CompilerVfw.prm' is located, cut it, and move it out of the folder so that Adobe Premier will not load it upon start-up.

Ok! Things moved on, it loaded other things... then it got stuck again. I removed the file it was stuck on next, tryed it again, and what do you know, stuck again. I repeat the process until I've moved three .prm files out of the folder, and the entire VSTPlugins folder. After that, it finds an error and instructs me to re-install. I didn't bother to, because in all honesty, I don't think it'll work.

Any suggestions/help?

Might be worth your time to check out the Premiere Pro Forums to see if there's a reason or fix for that particular problem.
