Abit Fatality AN8 Sound Driver and Uguru Problem

Please Help Anyone!!!

Computer Spec:-

X-Blade Deluxe Case
Enermax Coolergiant 450w PSU
Abit Fatality AN8 Motherboard Skt 939
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
4gig Corsair XMS Pro Dual Channel Memory
250gig Maxtor SATA150 16mb Hard Drive
Gigabyte Geforce 7800 GTX Graphics Card
Windows XP Professional X64 Edition.

I have just built this beast and everything is working fine apart from the AudioMax Sound card and the uguru software.

I just can not get the drivers for the sound card installed. when i put the disc in it shows as it is installing but when i goto control panel and device manager it still shows as a yellow question mark.

Also the uguru is working in the BIOS but when i install the software and try and open the utility up it keeps displaying this message. (When you see this dialogue box log in as administrator, run this program and you won't see this box again)

No idea what that means because Iam logged in as administrator.

Please help as I am having trouble contacting ABIT.
