Are you sure systemsuite is the problem? Have you gone in and made sure nothing associated with systemsuite will start at boot time, rebooted your computer, and then tried your bit torrent software? Have you tried any other bit torrent software to see if it suffers from the same problem?
If making sure nothing related to systemsuite starts at boot time fixes the performance problem with azereus then who knows what it is. It could be just some kind of software conflict between the two and you'ld have to be a developer to figure that out, if you could get the source code.... There should be several different bit torrent open source software packages that run on Windows. You might find a package that doesn't conflict with systemsuite. I only use bit torrent on my Linux machines so I'm not very familiar with what bit torrent clients are available for Windows or I'd recommend a couple to try. |

Probably your best bet is to contact both companies and tell them of the software conflict you're having. They are probably the only ones capable of resolving the conflict as they are the only ones who have the source code. It's just a matter of whether or not they will choose to fix it though. One or the other may just shrug their shoulders and go "so what". You'll never know unless you contact them though. |

I have yet to come across a problem with Azureus having conflicts with other progams (it's java-based, after all).
As for this "system suite", what exactly is it? Norton? McAffee? or something else?

Here is a link to it. I hadn't seen it before either so I'm unaware of it's quality or lack of it. |
