What are you trying to do? Watch a DVD or use a game that's included on the DVD?

Software > General Software > Cyberlink install
Have used Cyberlink in the past to burn after Shrink also to play a movie with PowerDVD.
However I have done something wrong and now it just won't work. Thought it best to to reinstall the program. Being a real novice, I just don't know how to start doing this. Sure hpoe this will help you with my problem. |

Your first try would be to use the Add/Remove applet in Control Panel. Clear your Temporary files. Reboot. Then try a reinstall of Cyberlink.
Most Cyberlink installs require that you enter a product key, usually located on the sleeve of the Cyberlink disk. If you don't have that key handy, you might want to try one of the tools that searches for such IDs, from Lavalys or BelArc. . . . Gary [...of course, try to locate the product key *before* you uninstall...] |
