Mobile Electronics Software for Desktop

Okay, here's my problem. I work at a mobile electronics shop, sell and install rims, systems, etc. One of the headunits we offer has a very updated and advanced navigation system, its a Pioneer AVIC-N2 for reference. I am trying to decide between one of the units we sell or a desktop to put in my car, the only thing deterring me from the desktop is the navigation option on the car unit. The software is available on a dvd disc that loads into the unit. The disc has only one file on it, with an .lka extention. How can I convert this software to work with my desktop. Any info would be great, thanks guys.
