TV Viewing Software for my New Laptop

I just realized the video card coming in my new Dell Laptop has a TV-Out jack, and where it will be usually plugged in is near a cable header.

What program do I need to view TV on my notebook? I'll be running Win XP Professional.

None.

. . .has a TV-Out jack
TV-Out means that you can connect a TV to your notebook, kinda as a "second monitor". Like if you wanna use your notebook as a DVD player, you can connect it to the TV and watch the DVD on your TV.

For watching TV on your notebook you'd need a TV-Tuner, a TV-In. There are TV tuners for PCMCIA slots and USB 2.0 available, which you can buy. They come with the necessary software to watch TV.
