Problem with Excel not responding
One of my workbooks in Excel has suddenly stopped responding (calculating)to inputs, and I am stumped as to why. When applying changes etc. that would normally be updated, the changed number say can be input, but there is no change as there should be in the resultant formula.
It is only happening on this particular workbook and others on my pc are ok and responding as norm. Can anyone suggest what has caused this please?

Open the workbook and click Tools->Options->Calculations tab. Make sure MANUAL isn't checked.
Back in the old days when spead sheets were large and pc's were small, the maual open was a nice thing. Pressing F5 forced a manual calculation.

Thanks EzyStvy, that's done the trick. Don't know how that happened though.
