Chkdsk doesnt want to stop

I have recently been having problems between my Diskeeper program and chkdsk.

My computer seems to want to run chkdsk every time I restart on the same drive every time and it hasnt stopped. Diskeeper keeps giving me this message that I cant defrag when there is a chkdsk scheduled on the next reboot.

I restart and run chkdsk normally, no errors. And when my computer has finished rebooting it gives me that error from Diskeeper again on the same drive.

I've had Diskeeper for years and had not had this problem.
