What are the minimum files required on a Win98 bootdisk?

If you make one on bootdisk.com it is about 1.15MB & there is little room for other stuff. What can be removed & still have the computer boot from it?

I think all you really need for a DOS boot disk is command.com, msdos.sys, and io.sys. Everything else is unnecessary, but a disk like that is going to severely limit you: no mouse, no memory support past 640K or 1MB, no CD-ROM.

^Thanks. I just need my computer to boot from a floppy so I can try to correct the problem that was created when I tried to update my BIOS. The thing won't even POST as it is now...
