Simply accounting
Hello everyone
Could somebody explain the difference between simply accounting basic and pro version.I have a small business, 4 employees and looking at the price difference with basic up to premium.Would basic be sufficient for a small business? Thanks for any thoughts on this. |

Comparison Chart
Hard to tell without knowing more. It looks like the 2 biggest features are multi-user and number of years to keep. I would assume that without multi-user the file would be locked and only one person could open it at a time. Makes for a big hassle in a company.

I'd ask about the ability to upgrade incase your small business becomes larger.
The two years of data storage could be a hassle if you get audited by the IRS four years from now.
