dual boot, dual screen
if i had two screens on one computer and to os on the same computer, lets use 98se and xp, could i have 98se running on screen 1 and xp running on screen 2?

Nope.
A single system can only boot one OS at a time, regardless of how many displays you have connected.

You can purchase a program like Virtual PC (approx $75) that would allow you to load Win98 inside it's own window while using XP. Need to have a pretty stout pc to run VPC.
