Question Msn Messenger 7.0 problem... please HELP!

Hi All,

I have a problem with my MSN Messenger 7.0.0816.

Whenever I sign in, my display name (and every display name in my contacts list) disappears. I don't know why? I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSN Messenger but the results are all the same – no display names.

It's not that only the aliases are not displayed, even the e-mail address.

To help you understand perfectly, I'm adding a picture of my nightmare…
My MSN Messenger Picture

Please ... Help

Thanks.
