Question What program is this?

I was in an internet cafe the other day and noticed on the machine I was using that instead of having the program icons on the desktop, they were all the way along the taskbar at the bottom, much the same as the MacOS does.

Anyone know what program does this?

TIA

Nope, I know the quicklaunch bar. The icons are the same size as they would appear on the desktop. Can the quicklaunch icons be made bigger?

Talking Icons

I keep most of my often used icons on the bar so I can get to them without closing pages. In Windows, you can just drag most icons down there. Plus you don't have to have a long line of them. Keep your few favorites visible, drag the little bar over to hide the rest, and use the >> next to it so they will pop up like a menu.
