If nothing looks out of order software wise, you might want to open the case up and make sure there is not a build up of dust or anything which might be insulating the heatsink/s or even restricting the fan/s from spinning properly... check your component temps in the BIOS and fan speeds

Any extreme weather in your area while you were gone - ie. Thunderstorms, Heatwaves, heavy snow, etc?

It means that it is relying on alternate memory from your RAM to do its job. This is Hard drive memory being used on top of RAM, which is normal but it is better to have enough RAM doing the job so we need to check that. In this case, there doesn't seem to be enough allocated or the swap space might have become fragmented.
Go into Control Panel and select System, Tell us how much RAM is stated on the general section. Does this seem right to you? From there go to the advanced tab, click on Settings button in the Performance section, click on the Advanced tab, down the bottom where it says 'Virtual memory', tell us what the number is in MB then click on the 'Change' button, click on "System Managed Size" radio button if it is not already selected. Was it on manual settings? or was it on 'Custom Size'? |
