Send a message via ICQ to RJ
Go into Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Photoshop CS from there.
When it's done, open Windows Explorer and remove the remaining folders. Then you're done.

G'day
Do what RJ said and then go to Start bottom> run> type regedit to open the registry editor. Click on edit> find and type the name of the program you are trying to uninstall. Delete all the entries for that program. To find next press F3 till you get them all.
Warning: Be very careful not to delete the wrong keys. If you made a mistake you could not reboot or run your PC. It's always good idea to back up the registry before you do any editing there.
