Phone Dialer
Is there a free program I can use as a phone dialer? You know, like the one that came free with Windows 95. I have phone line but no money for the phone machine now and I was wondering if I could use my auld modem which is sitting idle in one of my PCI slots.
If XP has it, where is it? I can't find it. Thanks in advance for the inputs. PS: No, I don't want VoIP programs.

this looks like what you want. it works, didn't try the whole phone-dialing thing, because i don't have a modem, but i would assume it works
